Hygiene
Like all containers of food they should be cleaned regularly � especially in warmer weather or if your water is stored in a an area exposed to direct sunlight.
Do not mix sugar based additives to the water in your container. This will make your water go off quickly.
We recommend your water be consumed within one (1) week of delivering. Quicker - if it is exposed to direct sunlight or not located in a cool place.
Winter Soups
Use your mineral water when you make your favourite soup. You will taste the difference.
Hot Drinks
Use the water for your tea, coffee and other hot drinks. You, your family, and guests will taste the difference.
Boiling the Water !! NOT OUR WATER
Our water is extremely low in lime so there will not be liming of your hot water jug.
If you have a jug which is limed � soak in water and add citric acid crystals until the lime flakes away and the jug is clean.
Then use our mineral water � your jug will remain clean and clear. Do not re-start using tap water as it will revert to the liming again.
Remember tap water is still tap water whether it is filtered, distilled or treated in some other way.
The Waterman delivers quality mineral water � natural, smooth and healthy. The human body is 70% water so it is important for you to replace that water when naturally expelled from your body with quality water � by The Waterman!

Ice: The waterman – Ice
The waterman is currently developing the supply of ice made from our mineral water.
Our market research shows that people are dissatisfied with ice made from town supplied water, or worse, are not enhancing their drinks.

Carbonated water .brand. “Papaiti Estate”
The waterman is developing a carbonating system to supply its mineral water in stylist glass bottles.
This quality product will be marketed to restaurants, bars and other cuisine outlets and homes where quality or presentation and the product itself are paramount. This product will have panache.
